Andy McCall

Andy McCall is the firm’s founder and current practice leader for the Executive Search, Allied Health and Physician teams. Andy’s professional search experience spans a variety of disciplines including Real Estate, Banking, and Healthcare. Andy’s passion for empowering rural healthcare providers led him to his current professional focus: the US Healthcare sector. Since 2002, leaders in this industry have relied heavily on his ability to find unique talent that will also be a solid "culture fit", conditions in which Andy thrives.

Son of a successful Iowa farming family, Andy continues to keep the grounded mindset, strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit he learned from his father, Dennis, and his grandfather, Lee McCall. His rural Midwest roots give him a genuine and sincere interest in building communities through the talent he recruits. Being genuine and taking pride in truly enhancing careers/organizations allows Andy a chance to provide a high level of service on both the employer and the candidate side of the equation, becoming a diplomat for both sides.

Prior to founding McCall & Lee, Andy spent 10 years leading production teams for several successful organizations. Following these endeavors, Andy was recruited by a national Top 10 executive firm and relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he currently resides with his family. There, Andy helped to build several new productive divisions. As a result of his hard work, Andy earned the most prestigious awards offered: Pacesetter and Wings. His other top awards and notable accomplishments include, Partner, Circle of Champions (5%), and Presidents Club (10%). Andy has set numerous employee/producer of the month, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales volume records, and has achieved the top sales/consulting awards across several different platforms and verticals. Because he refuses to cut corners, Andy has laminated himself as an elite professional among his peers.

Truett Nealy

Truett is Practice Leader for the Pharmacy Team at McCall & Lee. Among other responsibilities, one of his main objectives is to make Healthcare Leaders aware of his unique ability to fill their most difficult needs. His practice specializes in identifying, attracting, and landing Directors of Pharmacy, Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Pharmacy Specialists, and Staff Pharmacists for Hospitals, Long Term Care Facilities, Home Infusion, and Retail / Community Pharmacies. Truett and his team's services are regularly retained to aid Hospitals in expanding to 24 Hour Pharmacies and developing talent for prestigious residency programs.

Prior to joining McCall & Lee, Truett spent 4 years with a Top 10 Executive Search Firm. He was a Team Leader and Top Producer, receiving some of the most prestigious awards they had to offer. He received his Bachelors in Marketing from Texas A&M University. His personal interests include spending time with his family, playing music, and contributing to his church and community.

Austin Wilson

Austin leads the Construction / Real Estate Practice for McCall & Lee and has spent the better part of a decade in Executive Search. Austin specializes in a synergistic partnership with his clients in which he assists them in the identification, attraction, and hiring of impact candidates who bring an immediate return on the client's investment. Over his career he has consistently maintained one of the highest industry completion rates on searches with over 92% of those candidates still being with and excelling at their new company after at least 3 years of service. This level of service comes from a highly dedicated effort by Austin in which he gains intimate knowledge of the client, their culture, and their needs and then takes not only the qualifications, but the personality and the goals of a candidate into consideration to help make the perfect match for the client. It is through this effort that Austin makes sure a client doesn’t make just a hire, but the best hire.

Throughout his career, Austin has reached the highest levels of achievement and distinction. Among other awards, clients have recognized Austin as one of the best in class and a top producer.
